ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On July 29, 2021, a petition was filed to commence this case. The copy of the notice of deficiency attached to the petition was not redacted to eliminate references to petitioners' confidential taxpayer information. On November 10, 2021, pursuant to Rule 27(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, petitioners filed a redacted petition with an attached notice of deficiency in which references to petitioners' confidential taxpayer information were eliminated.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the unredacted petition, filed July 29, 2021, is sealed. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall remove the unredacted petition from the Court's public record and the unredacted petition shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
