ORDERED that the Opinion at docket entry 53 is deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file as of February 13, 2023, and serve on the parties the Corrected Opinion, which removes the "Confidential" watermark from pages 16-18. The Opinion filed at 160 T.C. No. 4 (Feb. 13, 2023) remains unchanged in all other respects.
