On October 8, 2019, this case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 2, 2020, Detroit, Michigan, trial session. On October 30, 2019, respondent filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 7). On November 5, 2019, the Court granted the motion, and the case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals. On June 1, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 35) requesting additional time to discuss potential resolution of the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 7, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
