Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Jefferson on June 4, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jan S. Kublick, Esq., dated August 20, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 25, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 25, 2014, and inserting in its place the date September 24, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order entered July 25, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 10, 2014, and inserting in its place the date October 9, 2014.
