ORDER AMENDING FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
It has come to the court's attention that its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law (#127-2) dated May 4, 2004, contained a typographical error. Accordingly, the last complete sentence on page nine of that order is AMENDED as follows: "She also testified that she had seen microscopic evidence of reflux esophagitis (inflammation of the esophagus) where the esophagus meets the stomach but did not observe that condition higher in the esophagus."
