BROKERS, § 107when jury's verdict as to right to broker's commission would not be disturbed. in action to recover real estate broker's commission, verdict in favor of defendant would not be disturbed where jury, in determining whether plaintiff was procuring cause of sale, might well have taken into consideration relationship between seller and purchaser and fact that they were both living in same house and that each held undivided one-half interest in property in question.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Madison county; the Hon. R.W. GRIFFITH, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at the May term, 1946.
