ORDER
The reporter's record was due February 21, 2019. We granted court reporter Kristen Kopp's February 22, 2019 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record, making the record due March 25, 2019. To date, no record has been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Kopp.
We ORDER the complete reporter's record filed BY APRIL 29, 2019. We caution Ms. Kopp that the failure to file the reporter's record by that date will result in the Court taking whatever remedies it has available to ensure that the appeal proceeds in a timely fashion, which may include ordering that she not sit until the complete reporter's record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable John Roach, Jr., Presiding Judge, 296th Judicial District Court; Kristen Kopp, official court reporter, County Court at Law No. 2; and to counsel for all parties.
