Summary process action, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Danbury, geographical area number three, where the court, West, J., granted the defendant's motion to dismiss and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court granted the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment; subsequently, the court, Geen, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the parties' stipulation; thereafter, the court denied the defendant's motion to open the judgment, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
