NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 28, 2010, be modified as follows:

1. On page 5, the first full paragraph, beginning "On appeal, defendant" is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted in its place:

On appeal, defendant now argues that once he accused counsel of declining to help him with a defense and coercing him into entering the plea, the court had a duty to appoint a new attorney to represent him and conduct a hearing to determine the truth of the accusation. We disagree.

Appellants petition for rehearing is denied.

There is no change in the judgment.
