The Stipulation for Entry of Consent Judgment and the Consent Judgment, which was originally filed in The Florida Bar vs. John Robert Sawyer, Case No. SC01-2445, have been placed in the above case and are approved. Respondent is placed on probation for three (3) years under the terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment, effective September 1, 2005.

The Florida Bar's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal is hereby denied as moot.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from John Robert Sawyer in the amount of $500.00, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation.
