The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to respondent and respondent having not filed a response to said Order to Show Cause,

IT IS ORDERED that respondent is suspended from the practice of law and shall remain suspended until he has certified compliance with the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued by the Sixth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "B" on December 28, 2004.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.

PARIENTE, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
