The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to respondent and respondent having filed a response to said Order to Show Cause, IT IS ORDERED that respondent is suspended from the practice of law for 91 days, effective immediately. Respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order is filed until the suspension expires. Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.

ANSTEAD, C.J., and WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
