The report of referee is approved as to the findings of fact and recommendations of guilt. The recommendations of sanction are disapproved and respondent is disbarred, nunc pro tunc December 15, 2008, subject to the continuing jurisdiction of the Court in Florida Bar v. Elliott, Case No. SC08-79 and Florida Bar v. Elliott, Case No. SC08-2198. Elliott is directed to file a notice of change of address in these cases until they are resolved if her address should change. Having determined that this case presents no new issues, no opinion will follow this order. Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Nadege Elliott in the amount of $20,943.16, for which sum let execution issue. Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment. QUINCE, C.J., WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, CANADY, and POLSTON, JJ., and ANSTEAD, Senior Justice, concur. Respondent's motion for rehearing filed in the above-styled cause on December 19, 2008, is hereby denied.
