The Bar's "Petition for Interim Suspension" is hereby denied without prejudice. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 3-5.2 (requiring the Bar to file a petition "supported by 1 or more affidavits demonstrating facts personally known to the affiants that, if unrebutted, would establish clearly and convincingly that an attorney appears to be causing great public harm"); R. Regulating Fla. Bar 3-7.2 (requiring a judgment and sentence).

Respondent's Motion to Dismiss is hereby denied as moot.
