The Florida Bar's Petition for Enforcement is granted and respondent is directed within thirty (30) days from the date of this order to comply with the condition of the report of minor misconduct recommended by the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "G". If respondent fails to comply within the allotted time by filing a sworn affidavit of compliance with this Court, he shall be suspended from the practice of law. Respondent shall remain suspended until he has certified compliance with the grievance committee's recommendation.
