The Petition for Placement on the Inactive List for Incapacity not Related to Misconduct filed in the above cause by the respondent is granted and Peter Stephen Baranowicz is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Respondent is currently suspended, therefore placement on the inactive list is effective immediately. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(g). Further, respondent shall accept no new business from the date this order is filed.
