Upon consideration of the "Petition for Approval of Amended Conditional Guilty Plea for Consent Judgment" and the "Amended Conditional Guilty Plea for Consent Judgment," it is the judgment of this Court that the amended consent judgment, filed with this Court on August 17, 2023, is rejected and the petition is denied. The Florida Bar is hereby directed to prepare and file a formal complaint against Michael Gary Stepakoff. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 3-7.9(a).
