The Florida Bar, Petitioner(s) v. Pedro Alejandro Gonzalez, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 2024-70,174 (11M)(OSC)

On December 12, 2023, this Court held Respondent, Pedro Alejandro Gonzalez, in contempt of court for failure to fully respond in writing to an official Bar inquiry. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry and until further order of this Court. On January 12, 2024, this Court received a "Notice of Compliance" from The Florida Bar, notifying this Court that Respondent has now fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry. Having complied with the Bar's inquiry, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC2023-1443 and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.

MUÑIZ, C.J., and CANADY, LABARGA, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, FRANCIS, and SASSO, JJ., concur.
