On September 30, 2022, the parties filed a motion to amend pretrial order. On October 19, 2022, the Court granted the parties' motion to amend pretrial order. On October 21, 2022, the parties filed a motion to amend pretrial order. In that motion, the parties are requesting to further amend the pretrial scheduling dates as set forth in the parties' motion to amend order filed September 30, 2022.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the parties' motion to amend order filed October 21, 2022, is granted and the parties are to adhere to the pretrial schedule as set forth in that motion.
