On November 21, 2017, the Court issued a protective order governing information that should be protected from disclosure during the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial phases of the case. The protective order was later amended by the Court's Order dated December 6, 2017.

By Order served February 14, 2023, we directed the parties to file Supplemental Reply Briefs by April 18, 2023. On April 18, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Seal his forthcoming Supplemental Reply Brief, which he filed in unredacted form the following day. Respondent has indicated that he will submit a redacted version of his Supplemental Reply Brief once he and petitioner agree to the appropriate redactions.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Seal, filed April 18, 2023, is granted, and Respondent's Supplemental Reply Brief, filed April 19, 2023, is sealed. The sealed document shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity except by Order of the Court. The redacted version of Respondent's Supplemental Reply Brief, when submitted, will be placed on the docket and will be available for public inspection.
