THE CHRISTEN GROUP, INC., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On April 7, 2022, petitioner filed a document titled designation of counsel notice of appearance to receive service (Docket Index #27), along with several documents titled memorandum in support of designation of counsel notice of appearance to receive service (Docket Index #28, #29, and #30). These documents actually consist of an entry of appearance and materials with respect to an application for admission to the Tax Court bar. The entry of appearance is improper because petitioner has not yet been admitted to practice before this Court. All of the application for admission materials are improper, as well, because an application for admission to the Tax Court bar is not properly submitted in the manner chosen by petitioner.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced documents at Docket Index #27, #28, #29, and #30 are stricken from the Court's record in this case. Petitioner is advised that her application for admission to the Tax Court bar must be submitted by email to Admissions@ustaxcourt.gov. For more information, petitioner's attention is invited to the section on "Guidance for Practitioners" on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov.
