The emergency petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed as procedurally barred. See Mitchell v. Wainwright, 155 So.2d 868, 869 (Fla. 1963) ("After an application for a writ of habeas corpus is submitted to a ... court and that court proceeds to adjudicate the matter, this Court will not undertake to dispose of the same question on a subsequent original application by the same petitioner.").
