APPEAL AND ERROR, § 1713conclusiveness of trial court's findings. In action arising out of automobile collision tried before court without jury, trial court was in much better position to weigh evidence of various witnesses than court of review, and since reversal of judgment would not be justified unless findings of trial court were contrary to manifest weight of evidence, judgment appealed from would be affirmed where conflicting evidence sustained findings of trial court.
