Texas P. Ry. Co. v. Bausley

Court of Civil Appeals of Texas, Texarkana
Feb 14, 1918
202 S.W. 1053 (Tex. Civ. App. 1918)

Opinion

No. 1918.

February 14, 1918.

Appeal from Harrison County Court; W. H. Strength, Judge.

Action by H. D. Bausley against the Texas Pacific Railway Company. Judgment for plaintiff, and defendant appeals. Affirmed.

F. H. Prendergast, of Marshall, for appellant. Bibb Bibb, of Marshall, for appellee.

This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the appellee for the sum of $200 as actual and exemplary damages for false imprisonment. There are no new issues of law involved, and the facts, we think, sustain the judgment; and it is therefore affirmed.
