This appeal was abated pending finalization of a settlement of the underlying dispute. Although appellant subsequently informed this Court that the settlement was approved and that a motion to dismiss would be forthcoming, a motion to dismiss has not been filed. Unless any party to the appeal files a motion demonstrating good cause to retain this appeal within 10 days from the issuance of this order, this appeal will be reinstated and dismissed.
