ORDER
The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By postcard dated October 10, 2017, we notified the official court reporter for the 429th Judicial District Court that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. By order dated November 20, 2017, we again notified the court reporter that the reporter's record was overdue. We ordered Official Court Reporter LaTresta Ginyard to file the record no later than December 4, 2017. By order dated November 28, 2017, we granted Ms. Ginyard's request to extend time to file the reporter's record and ordered her to file the reporter's record no later than December 18, 2017. To date, Ms. Ginyard has not filed the record.
This appeal cannot proceed until the issue of the reporter's record is resolved. Accordingly, this Court ORDERS LaTresta Ginyard, Official Court Reporter for the 429th Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record within FIFTEEN DAYS. We expressly CAUTION LaTresta Ginyard that failure to comply with this order may result in an order that she not sit as a court reporter until she complies.
