Order denying appellants' motion to dismiss the complaint under rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice, upon the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
