David Terrazas Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Denver, Colorado trial session that was scheduled to begin on April 20, 2020. That trial session was cancelled March 17, 2020, due to concerns relating to coronavirus (COVID-19) and this case was assigned to Judge Elizabeth A. Copeland.

On November 2, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that the parties believe that this case can be resolved without trial, however, respondent believes it would be beneficial for this case to be restored to the general docket so it can be scheduled for trial in due course. Counsel for petitioner has informally advised the Court that he is in agreement with that course of action.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is no longer assigned to Judge Elizabeth A. Copeland and is restored to the general docket.
