IN RE: VIOLET TRAPPING COMPANY, INC., APPLYING FOR CERTIORARI, OR WRIT OF REVIEW, TO THE COURT OF APPEAL, FOURTH CIRCUIT, PARISH OF PLAQUEMINES.


Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in its judgment.

SANDERS, J., concurs in the denial of the writ being of the opinion that the result is correct.

McCALEB and SUMMERS, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
