ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's May 24, 2021 trial calendar for New York City, and we continued it because the parties thought they could work toward settlement. Respondent recently reported that they are nearing a settlement with respondent already working on computations. He reasonably suggests reporting again in a couple months if they don't settle, and it is

ORDERED that on or before September 19, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file another status report describing their progress toward settlement.
