ORDER

This case was called and recalled from the calendar on September 6, 2022, at the in-person Trial Session of the Court in Fresno, California. Petitioner and respondent each appeared and were heard. The parties represented to the Court that they have reached a basis of settlement as to the remaining issues in this case. Based on the parties' representations, the Court directed the parties to file on or before October 6, 2022, a signed Proposed Stipulated Decision in this case and the undersigned retained jurisdiction.

On October 6, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report requesting therein that, the parties require an additional 30 days to file a signed Proposed Stipulated Decision with the Court.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 7, 2022, the parties shall file a signed Stipulated Decision or a Status Report in this case.
