Appeal, No. 61, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Nov. T., 1969, No. 8, in case of Telecable Corporation, Robert G. Kearns, Ann Kearns and Pauline S. O'Malley v. City of Scranton and Verto Corporation. Decree affirmed.

Equity.

Preliminary objections by defendants sustained, and plaintiffs' complaint dismissed, opinion by CONABOY, J. Plaintiffs appealed.
