AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 143.3when court property refused to direct verdict for defendant. In action for damages for injuries received by 7-year-old child in automobile accident where child was struck by defendant's car while it was travelling on driveway inside school grounds, held on review of evidence, plaintiff made out prima facie case, and court did not err in refusing to direct verdict for defendant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Henry county; the Hon. AUGUST J. SCHEINEMAN, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at the May term, 1944.
