The preliminary injunction, once previously modified, is further modified (a) by striking from paragraph 1 the words "during the pendancy of this action or until further order of this court," and (b) by providing that the injunction shall not run beyond eighteen months from the date of its entry, March 20, 1989 (assuming compliance with the injunction meanwhile). As so modified, the preliminary injunction is affirmed.
