DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellants to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 19, 2011, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated September 20, 2011, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on the appeals and their briefs, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 8, 2012.
