JONATHON ANTHONY TAYLOR, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent. JONATHON ANTHONY TAYLOR, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

GIBBONS, C.J.

Jonathon Anthony Taylor appeals from district court orders denying identical motions for modification of sentence filed in district court case no. 22-10DC-1175 (Docket No. 87240) and district court case no. 22-10DC-1176 (Docket No. 87245). Tenth Judicial District Court, Churchill County; Robert E. Estes, Senior Judge.

In his motions for modification of sentence, Taylor claimed a mistaken assumption "occurred during the judicial process" that worked to his extreme detriment. The district court denied Taylor's motions after finding Taylor failed to serve them on the State, and Taylor does not challenge this Finding on appeal. Moreover, the records on appeal do not indicate that the motions were served on the State. Therefore, we conclude the district court did not err by denying Taylor's motions. Accordingly, we

ORDER the judgments of the district court AFFIRMED.

Bulla, J., Westbrook, J.

Hon, Robert E. Estes, Senior Judge
