The Court REINSTATES the appeals.

On January 8, 2016, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why appellant's brief has not been filed. On January 8, 2016, appellant filed motions to dismiss his appeals. Therefore, findings are no longer necessary and we VACATE the January 8, 2016 order. The Court will dispose of the motions to dismiss the appeals in due course.
