AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 182 — railroad crossing, as not negligently maintained. Where automobile crossing railroad track slipped in snow so that a wheel was lodged between the planks between the rails, and was struck by a train when it could not be removed from the crossing, evidence showed no negligence by defendant where it was shown that the planking was wider than the roadway.
