Motion by Sarah Taylor, as executrix of Samuel W. Taylor, to amend two notices of appeal, so as to state that she and not the deceased plaintiff, is the appellant, granted. Beldock, Acting P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
