This case was scheduled to be tried at a session of the Tax Court in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, beginning February 7, 2022. However, on January 14, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion for a general continuance. The motion states: "Respondent's counsel has unsuccessfully attempted to contact petitioner, having telephoned him at the number listed on the petition on January 14, 2022, leaving two voicemails. Accordingly, petitioner's views as to a continuance of this matter are unknown." Since then the Court has attempted to reach petitioner by telephone, but has not received a return call. It is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, that this case is stricken from the calendar of the Court's upcoming Winston-Salem, North Carolina, session beginning February 7, 2022, and that the case is continued generally, to be tried at a future session of the Tax Court in Winston-Salem, unless the case is resolved by settlement or by motion.
