JAMES H. TAYLOR, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On July 31, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. A review of petitioner's application discloses that petitioner failed to answer all the relevant questions on that form. As a result, petitioner has not demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the due date by which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit for consideration a properly completed Application for Waiver of Filing Fee) is extended to August 23, 2023. Petitioner's failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case for lack of jurisdiction or other appropriate action of the Court.
