ORDER

The Court orders that the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion for an extension of time for the parties and amici curiae to file supplemental briefs is also GRANTED. Plaintiffs' supplemental brief shall be filed and served by October 13, 2021. Defendants' supplemental brief shall be filed and served within 21 days after service of plaintiffs' supplemental brief. Any reply brief from plaintiffs shall be filed within 14 days after service of defendants' supplemental brief. The time for filing a joint amici curiae brief as allowed by our September 8, 2021 order is also extended until October 13, 2021.
