This case was on the January 25, 2021 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. All agreed that the case might well settle if referred to IRS Appeals' consideration. Petitioners recently reported continued cooperation with the organization and exchange of thousands of documents, and the parties are attempting to hone the issues and settle. The parties also report that they continue to work on drafting stipulations. It is reasonable to keep the case on a status-report track; the parties suggest reporting again in February and it is

ORDERED that on or before February 25, 2022 the parties shall file decision documents or petitioners shall file another status report to describe their progress.
