ORDER

The Court orders that the motion to dismiss and motion to expand the record are HELD IN ABEYANCE for decision by the panel of judges selected to decide the merits of the appeal. The motions to reply to the answers to the motion to dismiss and motion to expand the record are GRANTED and the motions to reply and supporting attachments are ACCEPTED FOR FILING AND SUBMISSION as replies to the answers to the motion to dismiss and motion to expand the record.

The Clerk is directed to submit the motions, answers, and replies to the answers to the panel for decision after the appeal is scheduled for submission for decision on the merits under MCR 7.213(D).

Ronayne Krause, J., would deny the motions to dismiss and expand the record and grant the motions to reply to the answers.
