NOTICE OF VACATION OF ORDER OF REFERENCE

JOHN D. TINDER, U.S. District Judge.

The Order of Reference issued in this case on June 28, 1999, is now VACATED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(4). This is done on the court's own motion for the good cause of more equitably allocating the workload of the court and to advance this case on the court's docket. Rulings on all motions and the determination of the schedule will be done by the undersigned from this point forward.

The schedule currently in place and all deadlines remain unchanged.

The parties are notified that the above-entitled cause remains with the presiding district judge.
