ORDER
On September 23, 2020, we granted appellant's motion to supplement the clerk's record and ordered Collin County District Clerk Lynne Finley to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of 4441 Alma Road, LLC d/b/a Cubesmart 5408's motion for summary judgment and exhibit. We further ordered Ms. Finley to provide written verification if the motion and exhibit or either of those could not be located. A supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the summary judgment motion was filed October 19th but the exhibit was not included and written verification that it could not be located was not filed.
By motion filed October 19, 2020, appellant requests the record be supplemented to include the exhibit or that written verification the exhibit cannot be located be provided. We GRANT the motion and ORDER Ms. Finley to file, no later than October 26, 2020, either a supplemental clerk's record containing a copy of the exhibit attached to the motion for summary judgment or written verification the exhibit cannot be located.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Finley and the parties.
