PRESENT:

Appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5519 (c), for a stay of all proceedings to enforce the order of the Supreme Court, Oneida County, entered December 10, 2019, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to appellant obtaining a stay of the order entered December 10, 2019, only insofar as it "directs the payment of a sum of money" (CPLR 5519 [a] [2]).
