ORDER
On September 17, 2013, the parties presented their oral arguments. On October 18, 2013, Appellee John Steen, in his official capacity as Secretary of State, moved this court for leave to file a post-submission letter brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.7; 4TH TEX. APP. (SAN ANTONIO) LOC. R. 8.5(b). Appellants oppose the motion.
Appellee's motion for leave is GRANTED. Appellee's post-submission letter brief is accepted and filed.
If Appellants wish to file a response to Appellee's letter brief, they must file their letter brief by October 28, 2013. See 4TH TEX. APP. (SAN ANTONIO) LOC. R. 8.5(a). No separate motion for leave to file will be required. Appellants' letter brief must be limited to the issues addressed in Appellant's post-submission letter brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.7. It is so ORDERED on this 18 day of October, 2013.
