ORDER DISMISSING CASE

On May 23, 2003, the government filed a motion to dismiss this social-security action, alleging that the Court lacked jurisdiction over the matter. Specifically, the motion alleged that plaintiff did not exhaust his administrative remedies with regard to his claim for Disabled Adult Child's Insurance Benefits on the account of his father. On June 3, 2003, this Court sent an order to pro se plaintiff to file an opposition to the motion to dismiss. Therein, plaintiff was ordered to file his opposition by June 23 and warned that failure to do so may result in dismissal of this entire action. Plaintiff has not filed an opposition to date. This Court has reviewed the government's motion, from which it seems clear this Court lacks jurisdiction. Accordingly, for the reasons stated therein, this case is DISMISSED. The Clerk shall CLOSE the file.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
