ORDER

Plaintiffs Wesley R. Tarpley, Ja'Ron Williams, Travis McIntyre, Jerome Henderson, and Sheldon Jackson bring this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging the conditions of confinement in the Jefferson County Jail violated their constitutional rights. This matter is before the Court on defendants Fed Abdalla, Jason Fogle, and Shawn Livingston's unopposed August 30, 2010 motions for summary judgment (docs. 111, 112, 113, 114, 115).

When a motion for summary judgment is unopposed, the Court may properly limit its review to the facts relied on by defendant. It has no duty to search the record. Guarino v. Brookfield Twp., 980 F.2d 399, 404-05 and 407 (6th Cir. 1992). If plaintiffs have any opposition to defendants' motions for summary judgment, they must file their briefs within eleven (11) days of the date of this Order.
